HMB (beta-hydroxy beta-methylbutyrate) is a metabolite of the Branched Chain Amino Acid Leucine. HMB has been shown to nutritionally support muscle mass and strength. Tribulus Terrestris is a plant which contains naturally occurring steroidal saponins. The Tribulus utilized in this formulation is standardized for 45% saponins. Pure DHEA/ 7 keto DHEA has also been added to this formulation as well as supporting nutrients.
