Manufacturers Suggested Use

Adults should take one tablet two or three times a day, as desired, before meals. Do not use within one hour of taking an antacid or milk; do not chew or crush tablet. Clinical research has shown SAM-e to be effective in as little as two weeks - and a glucosamine as early as four weeks - with continuous, daily use.

Warnings: Precautions: Consult a physician if you are allergic to shellfish, are taking prescription medication (particularly an antidepressant), are pregnant or nursing. Individuals with bipolar disorder should not use this product. In case of accidental ingestion/overdose, seek the advice of a healthcare professional immediately. As with other vitamins and supplements, please keep this product our of the reach of children. Sealed for your protection. Do not use if individual blister seals are broken.
