Manufacturers Suggested Use
(Before Exercise): Take two (2) capsules between 30-60 minutes before physical activity is to begin.
(As a weight loss aid): Take two capsules before breakfast or morning exercise session, and two more capsules at mid-afternoon. Begin use with one-half the recommended dose (one capsule twice per day) for the first seven days to assess your tolerance.
