Manufacturers Suggested Use
For adult men, take two (2) tablets daily, preferably with a
meal.
Label Warning
Not for use by pregnant or lactating women. Do not exceed recommended dose. Not for long-term use. Limit use to no more than 3 months with a break of one month. Avoid this product if you have allergies to shellfish or iodine. Consult doctor before use if you have, or have had, an enlarged prostate, a hormone-sensitive condition, kidney, liver or heart disease; kidney stones, thyroid problems, goiter, high or low blood pressure, sarcoidosis, hyperparathyroidism, Wilsons disease, if you smoke or consume alcohol daily if you are taking Ma Huang (Ephedra), St. Johns Wort or ANY PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS including hormone therapy, birth control pills, anti-depressants, monoamine oxidase inhibitors, blood thinners or daily aspirin, if you have or had a bleeding disorder, or if you plan to have or have had recent surgery. People with diabetes should use yohimbe with caution.
 
Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur, including gastrointestinal discomfort, skin rash, swelling, headache, heart palpitations, nervousness, sleeplessness, anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, dizziness, tremor, weakness, pain, dry mouth, thirst, nosebleed, difficulty breathing, breast pain, menstrual changes or menopausal bleeding, changes in heartbeat, urinary habits, fingernails or nervous system health. Avoid alcohol and foods containing high amounts of tyramine such as cheese, wine, beer, yeast, over-ripe fruit,
smoked or pickled meat and liver. NOT INTENDED FOR USE BY PERSONS
UNDER THE AGE OF 18.
