It provides 100-400% of the recommended Daily Value (DV) of all 23 essential vitamins and minerals including 200% of the DV for antioxidant vitamins C and E, and 400% of the DV for vitamin B12. Vita-Lea Gold also provides 100% of the DV for vitamin A, 50% as beta carotene and 50% as preformed vitamin A, significant levels of bone-building macronutrients calcium, magnesium and phosphorus, and 100% or more of the DV for trace minerals. Vita-Lea Gold supplies nutrients involved in maintaining normal immune function, visual function and general health.*
