As a dietary supplement for teens and adults, take 23 capsules 2030 minutes before breakfast with a large glass of water, and again at bedtime. Adjust dosage as desired after 30 days. In addition consider consumption of high fiber foods and supplements and NOW 8 Billion Acidophilus and Bifidus.
