Ginsana Gold Formula is a natural product that works gradually with your body. Our clinical research indicates effectiveness as early as four weeks with continuous, daily use. The suggested dose for adults is two gelcaps with water in the morning or one gelcap in the morning and one in the afternoon.
 
Store at room temperature and avoid excessive heat above 104 deg F (40 deg C) to maintain optimal freshness.
